When writing an e-mail or a message via any Internet messenger, please:

1. Don’t start your message with ‘hi!’ or ‘are you there?’. Tell me why you are writing and who you are - in one message, please. This facilitates the process or reading all the messages I have to read.
2. If you’re writing to ask ‘how to make a form in HTML’ or ‘wtf is CSS?’, you can give up right now. There are many tutorials on the Web, I am not one of them.
3. Use Polish diacritic marks (if you’re writing in Polish) and try to be orthographically correct.
4. Remember I’m not a genius and there is a chance I won’t be able to solve your problem. Also, I don’t have time to solve all the random problems people tend to ask me.
5. If you’re writing to ask about the ACP plugin, please read the FAQ first. The answers to 99% of your questions are right there.
6. No, I won’t publish the X script (X can be any of my scripts). If it hasn’t been published yet, it either means that I don’t really want to share it with you or it’s still under development.
7. If you’ve found a bug in any of my scripts, don’t hesitate to inform me about it! I’ll be grateful and, if your information is helpful, you may be rewarded.
